Shrink Film
Adhesive Label
for PLASTIC / GLASS
We offer distinctive wrapping and labeling techniques to make your unique ideas and originality come true.
Shrink Film / Adhesive Label
These decoration options are compatible with a variety of
printing techniques ranging from those for intricate
expressions incorporating
photographs and gradient
colors to vacuum metalized and hot stamping.
Shrink Film
The technique uses a heat-shrinkable film to wrap a workpiece, which is then heated to allow the film to shrink and come into close contact with a workpiece of any shape. Shrink films are suitable for a container for which printing or an adhesive label is inappropriate due to its shape. Moreover, a gravure printed shrink film enables you to add your original design to such containers. Select this technique to decorate a large area if it is difficult to cover the area with a printing technique. A shrink tunnel or a heat gun is used to apply heat to the film to be shrunk.
※ For details, see “Gravure Printing” .

Example Shrink Film Variations
We offer several types of shrink film to suit your specific application needs.
Body shrink wrap
This is commonly used to decorate the surface of a container. The film is formed into a tube and comes into close contact with the body of the container. The body shrink wrap conforms to the container whether it has projections and recesses or is irregularly shaped.
Stretch Label
A stretch label is made of an elastic film. It can be applied to a container without using a shrink tunnel (for heat shrinking).
R-Shrink Wrap (R-Bag)
This shrink film entirely covers a product. The wrap can be perforated to leave the body portion as a label after the cap portion is removed. The R-shrink wrap is a flat bag with a circular hole cut out of the bottom.
Cap Shrink Wrap
Applied to the cap of a container, the cap wrap protects the container against tampering. To prepare the cap wrap, a shrink film is fitted over a special mold (plastic mold) and then molded.
Special (Molded) Shrink Wrap
Shrink film is fitted over a special mold (plastic mold) and molded, as with the cap shrink wrap, to conform to complex shapes.

Adhesive Label
A variety of printing techniques can be used with adhesive labels, including custom color printing, four-color printing, foil transfer*1 and embossing*2. Adhesive labels are selected not only as a decoration option, but also as a means of protection against tampering. Multilayer labels with a description are also available. Adhesive labels come with various substrate options, including paper and film. Diverse kinds of adhesive are also available to meet your specific application and material needs.

Example Adhesive Label Variations
Multilayer Adhesive Label
A lot of information can be printed on an accordion-folded label.
Attention Sticker
Attention stickers, with a partial deactivated adhesive area*, instantly grab shoppersʼ attention.
* The adhesive surface is partially processed to be non-adhering.
Elastic Label
This elastic printed substrate can be applied onto a gently curved surface.
Holographic Sticker
Holographic sticker sheets shine in sparkling colors making use of the refraction of light. Relying on this feature, holographic stickers are used for outstanding decoration effects and security purposes (anti-counterfeiting).
